As a seasoned personal injury and medical negligence attorney, Cynthia leverages her experience and skills to represent people harmed by wrongdoers, from negligent motorists to greedy corporations that put profits over safety. For more than 30 years, Cynthia has been handling injury cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial. After graduating from the George Washington University School of Law, Cynthia started practicing in New Mexico, later becoming licensed in Arizona and the Navajo Nation. Over the years, Cynthia has helped hundreds of injured clients across New Mexico and Arizona for motor vehicle, wrongful death, nursing home neglect/abuse and complex medical negligence cases. Cynthia is passionate about advocating for justice and ensuring that her clients receive fair compensation for their losses. She is considered trustworthy, ethical and skilled, having earned the highest “AV Rating” by her peers through Martindale-Hubbell in 2014. Cynthia believes in guiding and supporting newer attorneys by volunteering with the AZ Bar Mentor Connection and the Lawyer Down the Hall programs. In 2022, Cynthia was appointed by the Arizona Supreme Court to serve on the State Bar Character and Fitness Committee and the Board of Legal Specialization. Cynthia recently started serving as a volunteer arbitrator the New Mexico State Bar Fee Arbitration Program.
